Available in either watch or pendant format and with either 24/7 monitoring or family monitoring the SureSafeGO personal alarm is simple to use and packed full of features to keep your loved one safe and to give you additional peace of mind.
The 24/7 monitoring option means that the wearer is connected to our state-of-the-art operations centre in Jersey, 24 hours a day. They will speak to the alarm wearer directly through the alarm and arrange for the appropriate help. This might mean calling the emergency services or a family member. A monthly subscription applies for 24/7 monitoring. 24/7 monitoring offers the highest level of safety and peace of mind available.
If the family monitoring option is chosen, the alarm will contact a designated friend or family member directly when help is needed. Multiple contacts can be added in case the first designated contact does not answer. Voicemail is not a problem either, the alarm will bypass it and call the next contact. For family monitoring, you need to be confident that your nominated contacts will be readily available to receive SOS calls. With family monitoring, there is a small ongoing fee to cover the emergency calls and SIM card costs.
